Upon completion\, participants will be a Qualified Prescribed Burner according to Act 695 and meet the requirements for civil liability protections.\n\n\n\nMore Information\nThis workshop is to certify landowners as Qualified Prescribed Burners per ACT 695. This is a 2-day course. Weather permitting\,  day 1 will be a classroom day where we cover topics such as fire ecology\, fire weather\, firing techniques\, fire tools\, etc. Day 2 will be a test covering the material from day 1 followed by an outdoor live fire demonstration.
