Service Agency Registration Forms and Information
There is no fee to become a registered service agency. However, test equipment (test measures, weights, etc.) must be tested/certified annually. There is a fee for annual testing/certification of test equipment. Contact the Metrology Laboratory for more information or to schedule an appointment. See Fee Schedule.
