Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Agriculture is conducting a referendum on whether the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall be authorized under Ark. Code Ann. § 14-125-401 et seq. to approve the petition by landowners in the Calhoun County Conservation District and the L’Aigle Creek Conservation District to consolidate these two districts and their respective operations.
The election will be conducted on April 21, 2026, and each polling place will be open for the casting of ballots from 9:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. The polling places are listed below.
