Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Agriculture is repealing Criteria for Persons Engaged in the Voluntary Embedding of Identification Chips for Equine Monitoring, 2 CAR Pt. 154. Act 703 of 2025 repealed Arkansas Code § 2-32-301, Equine monitoring by identification chips, which requires the repeal of Criteria for Persons Engaged in the Voluntary Embedding of Identification Chips for Equine Monitoring, 2 CAR Pt. 154.
Interested parties may submit comments to the proposed rule amendments until May 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Public comments will be accepted by email to [email protected] or by mail to Arkansas Department of Agriculture, Attn: Matthew M.
