Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Agriculture is amending the Financial Assistance rules, 15 CAR Pt. 2, and repealing the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund rules, 15 CAR Pt. 25, and Clean Water State Revolving Fund rules, 15 CAR Pt. 26, to streamline them into one rule. Act 812 of 2025 created the Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities Grant Program Fund and the Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities Grant Program to be administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. Amendments to the Financial Assistance rules were made to incorporate the new programs, remove discontinued financial assistance programs, adjust for inflation, streamline the financial assistance application process, and incorporate the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund rules and Clean Water State Revolving Fund rules.
