The Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory will temporarily suspend necropsy services from May 1 through May 15, 2026, to complete scheduled facility maintenance. During this period, the laboratory will be unable to accept submissions for necropsy or disposal.
Livestock and poultry submissions may be redirected to the University of Arkansas Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in Fayetteville (open 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday). To arrange necropsy services, please call (479) 575‑5044.
