Notice: New Laboratory Information Management System Launching July 1, 2025

The Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (AVDL) is dedicated to delivering outstanding service. To enhance efficiency and improve client experience, we will be upgrading our laboratory information management system (LIMS) effective July 1, 2025.
A LIMS is a specialized software platform designed to streamline laboratory operations by managing samples, organizing testing data, automating workflows, and integrating instruments. By ensuring seamless data tracking and reducing manual processes, a LIMS enhances efficiency and accelerates the delivery of accurate test results.
The current WebSuite portal used to access test results will be replaced with a new platform, CoreOne for Labs (COFL), which offers enhanced functionality and user-friendly features.
How to Access Your Account (starting July 1)
If you previously used WebSuite:
- Visit arvdl.labs.tracefirst.com
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the same email address you used for your WebSuite account
- Follow the instructions to set up your new account and password
While this upgrade does not affect the current testing fees, there will be a minor adjustment to the invoicing and billing process. Each submission will continue to generate an invoice; however, payments will now be applied to the overall account balance rather than being allocated to specific invoices or individual cases.
